main Visual Control Room system. You only need to build the daily

circumstance. Your customers can stay updated about arrival
status throughout the day using the automated telephone response
system. Field resources can call in to update work orders and
job status – so your customers can always know up-to-date times
when you will be arriving.

Field resources can use any ordinary or cellular phone to automatically
update the status of when a job is complete or if a delay has
occurred. As soon as field resources update their work status,
all other aspects of the database, such as the Visual Job Tracking
work progress chart and customer work status records are automatically
brought up-to-date. Your customers will know exactly when to
expect your arrival. And you'll know exactly where your resources
