NovaTracker Appoints David Zahka as Chief Financial Officer

CRANFORD, NJ – February 13, 2008 – Novatracker L.L.C., a global provider of GPS and wire- less solutions for transportation, security and asset tracking, has appointed David Zahka, the former CFO of the $500 million telecom provider Talk America, Inc. as its new CFO. In his new position, Zahka will provide extensive financial and strategic growth experience as NovaTracker continues to roll out its GPS/wireless tracking solutions for fleets, assets, personnel and security guards.

In his previous position at Talk America, Zahka was part of the management team that grew the NASDAQ listed provider of local and long distance phone service to $450 million in revenues. He played a critical role in the company’s operations, acquisition growth strategy and ultimate sale to Cavalier Telephone in 2006.

Prior to that, he held a variety of investment banking positions at PaineWebber and UBS War- burg most recently as executive director, Financial Sponsors Group. In addition, Zahka has extensive experience in debt and equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and high yield debt.

Zahka earned his Masters of Business Administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia in 1985, where he was a William Michael Shermet Award recipient for Academic Excellence and the Faculty Award recipient for Academic Excellence. He graduated Cum Laude from Colgate University in 1981 with a BA in Economics.
