GBG Selects InterGis As Routing
Solutions Partner
(Torrington, CT) InterGis and GBG announced today that the
two companies have formed a strategic alliance to provide
routing software solutions to GBG's more than 750 customers
that distribute soft drinks, beer, wine, spirits, water, coffee,
snacks, candy and tobacco. Global Beverage Group (GBG) is
the largest, most successful provider of sales and distribution
software for Direct-Store-Delivery (DSD) of consumer packaged
goods. InterGis is the premier developer of routing, scheduling
and dispatching software including its Visual Control Room
(VCR) product. VCR automates routing, scheduling, dispatching,
and route/territory planning, while reducing transportation
costs and creating the most efficient delivery routes and
work schedules possible.
