Getting off to a great start. We believe training is essential to help our customers realize the full potential of their Intergis solutions. Whether you are part of a small business or large enterprise, training and ongoing education is an integral part of your Intergis Mobile Resource Management solution and its value for your operations.

For all Intergis solutions, we provide an educational and detailed training session to users and administrators of the system, conducted by a knowledgeable systems specialist. We are very flexible in how we conduct training for our customers. For example, we typically provide the Vericom MRM Solution training via online session led by a “live” specialist, while a training session for the Intergis Visual Control Room Solution would be typically conducted via an on-site session. In addition, depending on the solution and your needs, we can provide support from our field services group, and/or project engineers that helped develop your customized solution.

Intergis training is designed to develop the specific skills you and your team needs to become immediately productive. Our training is not canned; rather, it is tailored based on how your Intergis system will support the unique needs of your business.

Training for all users. Different levels of training materials can be organized for all users of your Intergis solution - whether delivery, field service, customer service, dispatch personnel or management. We work with each departmental area and train users on just the tasks each person needs to perform. This means we often train small groups or even one-on-one, providing the greatest opportunity for learning. This approach greatly reduces training time and costs and increases retention, because your people are trained on only what they need to know.

User training materials. We provide a set of training materials to our customers based on need, system configuration and types of users. In addition to basic system skills, we may review task functionality and simulations using your actual data.

Post-training development. For post-training questions and needs, our Intergis customer care team is available to support you and other members of your business when questions arise or you need additional support.

Configurability for ease-of-use and security controls.  The Intergis system can be easily configured, by individual user or a group of users, to allow or limit access to functionality, information, and usage of any or part of the Intergis system.
