Our customer care includes:

  • Online help: Available 24/7 from any Web-enabled device, go to www.mymrm.net to access your account, view a complete set of FAQs and find additional Intergis MRM support features and information.
  • Customer Care team: Available to address your questions or issues, this U.S.-based team can be contacted via e-mail at customercare@intergis.com or call 1-877-483-7426, Option #1.

    Standard Customer Care is available from 8:00A to 5:00P, Eastern Time. Additional coverage hours are available for a small additional charge.   

Technical experts on the job. Ongoing support – customized and personalized for you and your Intergis solution - is provided by the same expert-level technicians that performed your system’s implementation. While this support is normally delivered via phone, we also offer pager facilities for emergencies and dial-up modem to expedite technical diagnostics. In most cases, you can count on our Intergis support team resolving your situation with one contact.

Updates for enhanced benefits.  Intergis continues to innovate and update its solutions based on customer feedback, industry trends and government requirements. As an Intergis customer, you automatically get these updates - either free of charge or as part of your Intergis customer care plan. With updates, we strive to incorporate new functions, technologies and changes much faster than other providers in the market, ensuring you can take advantage of the latest innovations.
