To help you get there, Intergis provides an experienced project engineer who works as your advocate and manages the implementation and integration process to completion. Multiple project engineers may be assigned based on the size and complexity of the project.

The steps to a successful implementation and integration include tailored implementation planning, business rules integration, data conversion and system activation and validation - all working within your unique business environment.

Personalized implementation planning. Your fleet management solution is unique to your business, and we know the right questions to ask to ensure that we thoroughly understand your company's information needs before implementation begins.

Implementation for small and mid-sized businesses is accomplished efficiently and with ease. Our team coordinates with you and/or your team to identify the most appropriate timeline and process for installing and implementing the solution in your vehicles as well as in your office. In many cases, we work after-hours and on weekends to minimize disruptions to your daily operations.

For complex or large implementations, each new Intergis customer is assigned an experienced project engineer for strategically planning the installation with your team based on your unique business goals and structure. By using a single point of contact, our goal is to make your job easier and utilize your time wisely. A comprehensive business process review is performed to identify and agree upon the specific aspects of how the Intergis system will be used and benefit your business operations. You'll get the answers you need, including a complete project plan that outlines responsibilities, deliverables and target dates. It's a process that encompasses careful planning and collaboration. As you work with our highly skilled implementation engineers, you will see how quickly and easily we can help you achieve your targeted results.

Integration of business rules and practices. As the next step, we review your business goals and practices. Based on your business requirements, we can either configure Intergis systems to work within your existing operational structure, or we can help you re-engineer some of your business rules in light of any new business priorities. We work with each of your teams through this key process and provide technical assistance to your team. In addition, we provide intensive, hands-on training and practical advice - all with a very personalized approach.

Data conversion and integration. Existing customer records, work order history and other critical data can be automatically imported into your Intergis application, allowing for a smooth transition for your technical staff and a seamless migration to the new system for your dispatchers and customer service representatives. Data can be imported from a wide range of sources, including Microsoft® Excel, Intuit QuickBooks, other billing and customer management systems or even from paper records. Updated Intergis system data can easily flow back into your business applications, providing a dynamic, two-way process that harmonizes all systems and information. 

Over the years, our team has tackled some very challenging conversions and integrations, and as a result, has developed best practices and necessary tools to make data migrations quick and seamless. We can even work with you to train members of your team for future data migration needs.

System activation and validation. Our services are not complete until we have successfully activated your Intergis solution and validated its promised operation and performance, as planned.

Technical assistance. If you have either a lean IT staff or none at all, our experts can be an invaluable resource for additional help with your technical decisions throughout the implementation and beyond. We can also help you set up security measures and establish users and peripheral devices such as printers to interface with your new Intergis solution.
