Nu-Air can now have Multiple Dispatchers Share Real-Time Information.

The Need
All dispatching tasks at NuAir were done manually, creating a confusing and chaotic situation. Each dispatcher at the Florida window and door company worked independently to schedule jobs. Worker accountability and job status information was difficult to manage. There was a lot of uncertainty regarding arrival times and driver locations. NuAir also wanted to improve its route productivity and efficiency.

Our Approach
Visual Control Room streamlines NuAir's scheduling, routing and dispatching operation. The system is used by several dispatchers at once with real-time information updates. The system optimally schedules each job as it comes in throughout the day. Using built-in GPS and wireless interfaces, all the VCR information is available in real-time to dispatchers, mobile technicians, and management.

The Result
The operations manager is able to keep track of all his installers and their work performed while streamlining the scheduling process. Several dispatchers share real-time information and work simultaneously with the same system. The system also accurately projects arrival times, which increases both productivity and customer satisfaction.
