Color-coded Work Progress Bars.
First, color-coded work progress bars are generated to reflect the schedule for each field resource on each workday. You'll understand which resources are busy during different times of the day. Unique colors identify when your resources are busy doing work, driving to a new location or on break. In short, you'll know in a glance the status and availability of your entire field resource crew.

Interfaces with GPS – Vehicle Tracking.
If you need to know where your vehicles / drivers are at all times, the Visual Job and Resource Tracking capabilities can directly interface with our QuickGPS system or vehicle tracking devices. This allows you to "see" exactly where your vehicles and drivers are located – real time. No more guessing who's where. You can also send or receive real time messages relating to work-in-progress and job status updates.

Color Computer Maps.
Second, each work location and the order of stops to those locations and clearly pinned on a color map. This gives you the details of where each field resource is located at any time during the day. As your people call in when an assignment is completed, Visual Control Room updates their location and change symbols on the map and work progress bar so you can keep track of the day's progress. You'll know in advance if a delay at one work location will cause a conflict arriving at the next. And you'll be able to see which field resource has time to take on more work. Then rearranging any work schedule is a breeze with Windows® point-and-click technology.
