Position Location: Torrington, CT


We are looking for energetic, self-starters to support our proprietary route optimization, GPS tracking and mobile handheld solutions. A Customer Care Specialist is assigned to customers whose job duties include but are not limited to providing technical support for all service and product issues and questions. He or she will direct issues to appropriate departments and follow up daily on all outstanding issues within internal development and implementation staff.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Associate degree or 2 years prior customer care experience
  • Must possess excellent analysis & problem solving skills.
  • Must possess the ability to understand business processes and adapt the implementation to fit them.
  • Experience with remote administration tools ( Terminal Services, Citrix)
  • T-SQL experience
  • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft windows environment (Windows XP – Server 2003)
  • Crystal Reports experience a plus
  • Committed to providing a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent phone, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be organized, aggressive and task-oriented.

The Customer Care Specialist will provide Level 1 customer support for all service, billing and product issues our customers may have. He or she will also direct issues to appropriate departments. Following-up on all outstanding issues daily, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Intergis solutions and developing relationships with account representatives to assist them with their customers’ issues is essential. The ideal Customer Care Specialist is a self starter, able to multi-task and work independently.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

 

  • Bachelors degree preferred, associate degree and prior experience minimum requirement
  • 3+ years excellent customer service experience
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Accounts receivable/collections experience, minimum of one year
  • Available to work a flexible schedule

  • Be detailed, accurate and possess strong follow-through techniques
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
