In 2008, NovaTracker, Vericom Technologies, and Intergis, three leaders in Mobile Resource Management (MRM) and the logistics technology sector, merged to leverage their respective strengths - resources, technologies, services and experience - to form a new Intergis, a leading single-source provider of mobile resource and fleet management solutions. The new company offers a complete portfolio of solutions that helps small to mid-sized businesses and large enterprises in a variety of industries optimize operations and manage vehicles, mobile workers and other valuable assets. Intergis is backed by Columbus Nova L.L.P., a $2.5 billion investment management firm in New York.

Founded in 2007, NovaTracker provides the combined company with its technological expertise in GPS, wireless tracking and communication devices. Vericom Technologies, a ten-year-old firm, brings extensive experience with small and mid-sized businesses. The company possesses deep expertise in delivering an integrated set of GPS-enabled, vehicle and handheld tracking solutions that help fleet operators efficiently manage their mobile resources. It has also built its reputation as a customer-focused organization with retention levels of more than 90 percent.
